Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and 999cd ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") with respect to your access to and use of the 999cd website available at https://999cd.io, its subdomains, and all associated products and services (collectively, the "Services").

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the 999cd Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. These documents together constitute the complete agreement between you and 999cd.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account with 999cd, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be acting as an individual in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any business, company, or third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of 999cd, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have a pre-existing account on 999cd that has been suspended, closed, or restricted for any reason.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by 999cd at the time of registration.

999cd does not make representations about the legality of online gambling in your specific jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation complies with the laws applicable to you. 999cd accepts no liability for any consequences arising from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such activity is restricted or prohibited.

Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on 999cd. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times. Providing false or misleading registration information may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any account balance.

999cd employs a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment methods linked to your account. Failure to complete the KYC process within a reasonable time frame following a request may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username, password, and any other login credentials associated with your 999cd account. 999cd will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify 999cd support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on 999cd are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. 999cd reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Deposits are typically credited to your account balance within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 via mobile financial services. 999cd does not impose any additional processing fees on deposits from its side; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.
• Any active bonus funds must have their associated wagering requirements fully met before a withdrawal incorporating bonus-derived winnings can be processed.
• 999cd reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.
• Processing times for withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically 30 minutes to 2 hours. Bank transfers may take 1 to 3 business days.

999cd reserves the right to void any transaction that is found to result from a technical error, system malfunction, or fraudulent activity. In such cases, affected balances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and any decisions made by 999cd shall be final.

Bonuses & Promotions

999cd may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, deposit match offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All such offers are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is presented, including but not limited to:

• Wagering requirements: The number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Minimum odds restrictions: Certain bonuses may only be used on wagers that meet a specified minimum odds threshold.
• Time limits: Bonuses that are not claimed or whose wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.

Systematic exploitation of bonus offers — including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage betting using bonus funds, collusion between multiple accounts, and use of automated tools — is strictly prohibited. 999cd reserves the right to void bonus-derived winnings and suspend accounts where such behaviour is identified.

Betting Rules

All wagers placed on 999cd are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game category. These rules are available within the platform and constitute part of this Agreement by reference. In the event of any conflict between a general rule and a specific sport or game rule, the specific rule shall prevail.

999cd reserves the right to:

• Limit, restrict, or refuse any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
• Void bets placed on events where the result is already known or where there has been a manifest error in the odds offered.
• Suspend betting markets at any time, including during live in-play events, where circumstances warrant.
• Correct obvious pricing errors and void affected bets accordingly.
• Apply maximum payout limits per event or per day, details of which are published in the platform help section.

In the event that a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, settlement will follow 999cd's standard event-specific rules. Bets settled in error will be corrected as soon as the error is identified, and account balances will be adjusted accordingly. All settlement decisions made by 999cd are final and binding.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 999cd platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where appropriate:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform or place bets on your behalf.
• Using a Virtual Private Network (VPN) or proxy service to mask your geographic location or circumvent platform restrictions.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption involving the outcome of a sporting event.
• Colluding with other players to exploit games, bonuses, or betting markets.
• Funding your account with proceeds from fraudulent, stolen, or otherwise unlawful sources.
• Attempting to launder money or use 999cd for any financial crime.
• Registering or operating more than one account.
• Impersonating another person or providing false identification documents.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or attempting to access 999cd's back-end systems, APIs, or databases without authorisation.

999cd cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in the investigation of any suspected financial crime, fraud, or prohibited conduct involving the platform or its users.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the 999cd platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, data, game content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of 999cd or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 999cd platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the 999cd platform.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on platform content.
• Use 999cd branding, logos, or trademarks without prior written consent.
• Frame or mirror the 999cd website on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorised use of 999cd intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by 999cd.

Privacy & Data

999cd collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering on 999cd, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

999cd uses your personal data to provide and improve its services, verify your identity, process payments, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and communicate promotional offers where you have opted in to receive them. 999cd does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

999cd's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 999cd account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits 999cd's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Amendments

999cd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 999cd will update the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this document and, where practicable, notify registered players via the contact information held on their account.

Your continued use of the 999cd platform after any amendment has been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the platform and may request the closure of your account by contacting 999cd support at the email address in the footer of this page.

Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 999cd operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the relevant jurisdiction.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severed from the Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Any failure by 999cd to enforce a right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and 999cd with respect to its subject matter and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
